If your authentication device is unavailable for any reason, the best way to access your account is by using an emergency recovery code that you will have been presented with during the MFA setup process. Simply take any of the codes and use it as you would a normal MFA code. After using it, you should delete the code as they are one-time only and will not work again.
If you don’t have access to your emergency recovery codes, you will need to contact one of the Controllers on your account. They will be able to disable MFA on your account to allow you access to your account once more.
It is important that you re-enable MFA on your account as soon as possible.
If you are the only Controller on your account and you need to disable MFA, you will need to contact support for additional help.
