Myhrtoolkit has the facility to record the details of a single bank account against each employee.
Note – The Bank details functionality is activated by myhrtoolkit on request from a Controller
Users can see and amend their details via a Bank details bar at the bottom of Myhome > My file.
This information is also available to Managers in Employee Files > See more details.
Controllers can see a list of all details in Management > Pay and benefits > Bank.
All changes made are reflected via Notifications in the main menu.
