After three and a half years working at myhrtoolkit, our Customer Engagement Manager, Juliette Passam, has recently taken up a great new opportunity within the Agilio Group. 

Juliette has been a fantastic support to our customers over the last few years, handling countless online demonstrations, set ups, and support calls. However, it’s not goodbye from myhrtoolkit as she steps into the world of HR for the Agilio Software Group! In her new role as HR Administrator, Juliette will be using her fountain of Toolkit knowledge to support employees using the system, as well as much more! 

Juliette joined myhrtoolkit in 2019, starting as one half of our Sales and Support team alongside Simon Ross. Since then, the team has grown to be 6 members strong, with myhrtoolkit now in our 3rd premises and now part of the Agilio Software Group. Following Juliette’s move, we are delighted to welcome two new staff members to the team – Manny Rashid and Richard Willis. 

Juliette says: “My new role involves helping and supporting Karen Penfold (Chief Human Resources Officer) and Hannah Larkworthy (Group HR Officer) in the Central HR Team. 

“My first few weeks have been very varied, busy, and enjoyable too. There is plenty for me to do and lots of projects to get stuck into. 

“The role involves monitoring the Central HR inbox, advertising new roles across the group and reviewing applications, maintaining the group myhrtoolkit account, onboarding new employees and generally maintaining any staff records. I am also getting very involved in the facilities part of the business and helping the different sites we have with any issues around the various premises.” 

“I am getting to know lots of people within the Agilio Group who I have not had the opportunity to work with before, which has been really great. I have actually just been down to visit the office in Devon and will be visiting the Newcastle office very soon too.”
