You may have noticed that there has been a change to the way job titles are managed within myhrtoolkit, your online HR system. Where they were previously free text, they have now been converted to drop down menus accompanied by some new tools for creating and managing them. Not only does this offer greater control, but also provides us with opportunity for future development.
See Setup and Admin > Job Titles
Over the next few weeks we are pleased to be welcoming a number of new people to Team Toolkit. The first of these is our new ‘How To’ man, Duncan Parsons. Duncan is creating a whole series of Support guides, driving a move away from encyclopaedic style manuals and towards bite size, user friendly searchable content – like the quick start guide you get with a mobile phone. The major areas of holiday and absence guides have already been completed and Duncan is now working on a number of other areas.
We’ll let you know as soon as our next team member joins us.
Lastly, on the basis of “if you’ve got it, show it”, myhrtoolkit has signed up to exhibit at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Conference (CIPD) exhibition in Manchester in November. It's early days yet, but we are currently planning how we are going to wow and or woo all those prospective myhrtoolkit users at our stand. Any and all ideas welcome…but anyone who suggests Jon and I wear gold bikinis will be joining us!!
