In less than two weeks’ time myhrtoolkit MD Jon Curtis will be attempting to cycle 170 miles over three days to support Sheffield charity Snowdrop. Jon will be riding the Way of the Roses, a classic cycling route between Morecambe and Bridlington, passing through historic cities York and Lancaster, Settle, Pateley Bridge and Ripon.
Jon is excited but a little nervous: “I’ve not done much cycling in the last ten years, but have been training hard in the last couple of months and I hope I can do this without too much pain! It’s a great cause and I’d be really grateful if anyone would like to support me.”
Snowdrop is a Sheffield based charity, which provides long-term support to empower survivors of human trafficking. They work closely with clients to ensure their individual needs, which are often complex, are met.
Jon is trying to raise £500, all of which goes to the charity (all costs are paid for). If you would like to support this endeavour, please take a look at Snowdrop’s charity giving page.
