Agilio Software has completed the acquisition of Sheffield based myhrtoolkit, which brings their cloud-based HR platform used by over 1,250 SME customers and a software and operations team of HR specialists into the Agilio Group.

Specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses, myhrtoolkit's online HR software streamlines day to day HR functions with easy-to-use human resource management tools.

Neil Laycock, COO of Agilio Group, highlighted the significance of the acquisition, saying: “The addition of myhrtoolkit represents our ongoing ambition to provide intuitive SaaS based HR services to our customers. The team at myhrtoolkit will also help us configure these services specifically for our core healthcare markets and bring deep expertise in HR to the Group."

Founder of myhrtoolkit Jon Curtis joins the Agilio management team as HR Strategy Director and said: “Agilio is the perfect platform for the next stage of innovative solutions we had planned at myhrtoolkit, we are delighted to be joining forces”.

Bob Teasdale, who has been with myhrtoolkit for the last 8 years as Sales Director, will now lead the myhrtoolkit business within the Agilio Group.
